  • Yes. All units are individually alarmed and can be accessed outside of standard office hours.

  • Each client receives two full sets of keys, including a barrier card, office door key, front door key and alarm fob.

  • Yes. Tenants receive up to 10 hours of free on-site business support.

  • Tenants receive 4 hours of free meeting room use per month, with reduced rates of 20% thereafter.

  • Ongar Business Centre is conveniently located close to a leisure centre, corner shop, Ongar High Street, and has easy access to major motorways.

  • Yes, small business rent relief may be available, subject to eligibility.

  • IT and telecoms are usually arranged directly by the tenant. However, we have an on-site IT company used by many existing tenants, as well as a recommended Centre IT provider. Public WiFi is also available throughout the Centre.

  • Yes. Parking is free and operates under a fair usage policy. EV charging points are also available on a pay-by-use basis.

  • Our standard lease term is 2 years, although we offer flexibility with 1 month’s notice at 3-month break points.

  • Once finance checks have been completed and agreed, it’s often possible to move in within just a few days.

  • Most offices are unfurnished. Some spaces do include basic furniture such as desks and chairs, which are available for an additional monthly charge.
