Yes. All units are individually alarmed and can be accessed outside of standard office hours.

Each client receives two full sets of keys, including a barrier card, office door key, front door key and alarm fob.

Yes. Tenants receive up to 10 hours of free on-site business support.

Tenants receive 4 hours of free meeting room use per month, with reduced rates of 20% thereafter.

Ongar Business Centre is conveniently located close to a leisure centre, corner shop, Ongar High Street, and has easy access to major motorways.

Yes, small business rent relief may be available, subject to eligibility.

IT and telecoms are usually arranged directly by the tenant. However, we have an on-site IT company used by many existing tenants, as well as a recommended Centre IT provider. Public WiFi is also available throughout the Centre.

Yes. Parking is free and operates under a fair usage policy. EV charging points are also available on a pay-by-use basis.

Our standard lease term is 2 years, although we offer flexibility with 1 month’s notice at 3-month break points.

Once finance checks have been completed and agreed, it’s often possible to move in within just a few days.

Most offices are unfurnished. Some spaces do include basic furniture such as desks and chairs, which are available for an additional monthly charge.
