Meeting Room Hire
We have three air conditioned meeting rooms available for hire, by the day or half-day, all of which include large screens and white boards.
Tenants can benefit from a 20% discount on the meeting room hire price - if you’re interested in becoming a tenant at Ongar, see above for our available office space.

Research has shown that face-to-face meetings facilitate collaborative working, help build strong relationships, increase engagement, creativity, and working together to achieve a common goal.
Our meeting room space in Ongar Business Centre provides everything you need to bring your team together. Meeting Rooms are available for one hour to whole day.
Pricing - For Conference Room

Full day - £132
Half day (9.00-13.00 or 13.00-1700) - £80
Other Meeting Rooms
Per Hour £16.50

Wi-Fi, White boards and Flip Chart if required
Catering – to be arranged by Company hiring the Meeting Rooms
Tea and Coffee can be provided for an additional cost of £10 per pot.
How to book:
Any booking for a meeting room is subject to there being availability of rooms.
